Hatha Yoga Flow

Our Hatha Yoga Flow class is a great transition class from gentle yoga to a more active practice.

It is a blend of functional movement with breath and postural alignment that will promote body awareness, build strength and flexibility, and improve balance and coordination.

This yoga class is appropriate for active beginners and longtime practitioners.
