Gentle Yoga

Gentle Yoga offers a relaxing learning environment to explore something new without the stress. Pose modifications, repetition, step-by-step instructions, and mild adjustments (if necessary) are offered to create a healthy and accessible learning environment.

The main emphasis is on relaxation and stress reduction, but you can also expect increased strength and flexibility, improved balance and coordination, and enhanced mental focus and concentration. This yoga class is appropriate for all levels of students.
